She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Daniel Phelps and Nancy Lee Phelps; her significant other Joseph Coy Williams; and her sister Libby Webb of Baton Rouge. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Coy Williams, Jr. (Susan) and Thomas Wayne Williams (Sandra); her grandchildren, Nancy Williams Anderson (Kenneth Brady Anderson), Lee Williams (Hannah) and Olivia Steiner (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Kate Elise Anderson, Sawyer Hayes Steiner and Van Harper Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
