It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Charles Irvan in Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Yorktown, Virginia, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Taylor Irvan and Maypearl Dorsett Irvan; his wife Ramona Ponder Irvan; his sons, Jonathan Irvan and Brian Irvan (Tracie); and his grandchildren, Zermanda Grenier, Olivia Swift O'Neill, Cameron Irvan, Chance Irvan, Katie Irvan and Cody Irvan.
Due to Ken's many years as a Chaplain to servicemen, a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project would honor him.
