He is survived by: his mother Margie Malmay Ezernack; his wife Sheila Ezernack; his children, Trey Ezernack (JaReka), Peyton Ezernack (Mallory) and Bailey Ezernack; his granddaughter Zahara Ezernack; his brother Billy (Vikki Ezernack); his niece Lacey Ezernack (Alfred); his stepmother Shirley Ezernack; his parents-in-law, Judy and Terry Fontenot; and his aunts, Janice Roberts and Carolyn Leone Poitras.
