He is survived by: his parents, Charles Logan Perkins and Hannah Olivia Whittington; his grandparents, Russell "Rusty", Elizabeth "Sukie" Perkins, Jason, Jennifer Whittington, Cody and Kacey Appel; and his great-grandparent Barbara Garner. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
