He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Victory and Esther Horton Victory; and his siblings, Stephen Victory, Sallie McKenzie and Sharon McGowan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clark Victory; his sisters, Jennifer Victory, Frances Schenkkan and Ellen Bell; his son Paul Bradford Victory (Michelle); his grandchildren, Madilynn and Elizabeth; his children, William Peter Victory, Christopher Thomas Victory and Mary Kathryn Victory; and his grandchildren, Jameson Walters and Prescott Walters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
