He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Victory and Esther Horton Victory; and his siblings, Stephen Victory, Sallie McKenzie and Sharon McGowan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clark Victory; his sisters, Jennifer Victory, Frances Schenkkan and Ellen Bell; his son Paul Bradford Victory (Michelle); his grandchildren, Madilynn and Elizabeth; his children, William Peter Victory, Christopher Thomas Victory and Mary Kathryn Victory; and his grandchildren, Jameson Walters and Prescott Walters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Broadmoor Baptist Church (4110 Youree Dr, Shreveport, LA 71105). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
