He was predeceased by: his mothers, Carol Lazar Gamm and Mildred F. "Tootsie" Gamm; and his sister Janis Gamm Ablon. He is survived by: his nephews, Charles G. Tonkon and Edward Tonkon (Jamie) of Dallas, TX; his great-nieces, Erin Tonkon of Brooklyn, NY and Randi Cohen (Josh) of Dallas; his cousins, Gordon Gamm of Boulder, CO, Gene Feigelson of Houston, TX and J. D. Feigelson of Kentucky; his caregivers, Brenda, Shawanda, Melinda and Pat; and also, Liam Cohen and Ryan Cohen of Dallas, TX.
