He was predeceased by: his parents, Josiah Clifton Williams, Sr. and Flossy Maurene Dunn Williams; his brother Ralph Clyde Williams (Janice); his daughter Catherine Sue Williams; and his niece Susan Booker.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Williams; his nieces, Penny Behan (Jimmy), Vicky Anderson (David) and Cindy Blewer; his nephew Clif Williams (Blinda); and his cousins, Lonnie Dunn (Marsha), James Dunn (Elizabeth), John Dunn (Debbie) and Kevin Rogers (Cheryl).
