He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dolan, Dean Calk, Betty and Bill Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Tini MiLea Casten; his parents, Phyllis Calk and Ronald Calk; his brother Jeffery Calk (Kristin); and his nieces and nephews, Tatum and Hudson. He is also survived by dogs and cats.
