He was predeceased by: his mother Kim Purland. He is survived by: his father John Purland (Janell); his wife Heather Purland; his children, Riley, Talan and Wyatt Purland; and his sister Krystal Jones (BJ). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to "Camp I'm Still Me" in honor of Adam Purland.
