He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Levy and Dorothy Levy; his siblings, Frank Levy and Deborah Washington; and his children, John and Dorothy Levy.
He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph Levy and Don Levy; and his children, Joseph, Jon Levy, Detrick and Damarcus Mays. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
