He is survived by: his children, Matthew Dylan Davis, Brice Davis and Faythe Davis; his siblings, Debbie Crisp (Chris), Kevin Davis (Debbie) and Larry (Kathleen Porter); his nieces and nephews, Rebekkah Crisp, Jedidiah Crisp (Anna), Hannah Ready (Josh), Dylan Davis, Zachary Davis and Josh Davis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper, Landry and Zedekiah Crisp.

The family suggests memorials may be made to the Huntington Disease Foundation in John Glenn's name.
