He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Kiddie Boubelik and Jack Chase Boubelik of Crystal Lake; and his son-in-law Dean Franks. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Jane Caplis Boubelik; his close friend Bettie Jane Boubelik; his sister Cathy Sheley (Ron); his children, Elizabeth Jane Theriot (Anthony), Hallie Franks, Jack Boubelik (Margaret DePond) and Alexa Boubelik; his grandchildren, John Rich (Katherine), Keller David (Jake), Elizabeth, Tyler Franks and Frances Sloan Boubelik; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Wesley, Kason Butler and Jesse David; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Khloe, Kaitlyn and John Rich II; his cousin Terry Kox; and his friends, John, Suzanne Jucas, Scott, Karen Kennedy and Sue Wyche. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (7738 Barksdale Blvd, Bossier City, LA 71112).
