He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cleveland Williams and Betty Darby Williams; and his stepfather John Luther Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wood Williams; his children, Elizabeth Williams Mattei (Bancroft Mattei) and John Alan Williams, Jr. (Julie Zambie Williams); his sister Janet LeBlanc (Louis); and his in-laws, Merilyn Wood Crain, Regina and Doug Wood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Jesus the Good Shepherd School or Pilots for Patients.
