He is survived by: his wife Martha Williams Collins; his children, Todd Collins (Su), Larry Collins (Kelly) and Sharon Collins Fortenberry (Scott); his aunt Velma Price; his cousins, Christine Price Buckley (Bobby) and Herman Price; his grandchildren, Caitlyn (Russell Stevenson), Matthew Fortenberry (Victoria) and Ashli Collins; and his children, Mary-Collins Stevenson and Frances Stevenson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Holy Angels or to the charity of your choice.
