He is survived by: his son Jerry Lee Booth, Jr. (Kika) of Cotton Valley; his brothers, Paul Booth of Couchwood and Kenneth Booth of Summerfield; and his grandchildren, Alex (Baylor Jones), Marlayna Dickens (Jason), Brett Thompson and Cotton Valley. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and a great grandson.
