She was predeceased by: her parents, Hearstel McKown and Florence McKown (Talley); her husband Shelby Glenn "Al" Alfred; her cousin Talley; her friends, Melba Smith and Margaret Davis; and also, Schumpert and Dessie Alfred.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Alfred (Cindy) and Cathy Hogan (Dwayne "Dee"); her children-in-law, Caleb Hogan (Sandra), Micah Hogan (Jessica), Kimberley Roberson (Craig), Shelby Glenn Alfred, II (Kara), Jeremy Alfred (Sara) and Christopher Alfred (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Jackson, Chloe, Mayley, Evie, Henry, Corrie, Jesse, Mav, Wyatt, Rafe and Ivy. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
