He was predeceased by: his father Walter Lique; and his uncle Kevin Lique. He is survived by: his mother Linda Snell (Doug); his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Lisa Lique; his nephew Brice Lique; his stepmother Joyce Butts (Don); his aunts, Karen Cassidy, Judy Anderson and Ellen Scheiss; and his stepsiblings, Lee Anthony, Alan Anthony and Laura Anthony.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to Christus Hospital or LSU Oschner Hospital, who provided critical care to him and for so many others.
