He is survived by: his wife Jamie Finnern Ogilvie; his children, Alyson Brooke Williams (Milton) of Atlanta and James Burt Ogilvie, Jr.; his wife Mary Catherine of Baton Rouge; his grandchildren, Henry James Williams, Marshall Hollis Williams and James Burt Ogilvie, III; and his brother Russell Ogilvie (Susan).
