He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard F. Entwistle and Eileen M. Entwistle. He is survived by: his wife Nona; his sons, Stacy (Jodie) of Florida and Steven (Teresa) of Louisiana; his stepson Sonny (Tracy) of Louisiana; his grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Ashley, Jessica, Heather and Stacy, Jr.; and his siblings, Allen, Terry, Jerry and Karen of Illinois. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
