He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Hollis Waller, Sr. and Blanche Hagan Waller; and his half-brother Dayton Hollis Waller, Jr.. He is survived by: his nephew Dayton Hollis Waller, III; and his nieces, Elizabeth "Sissy" Waller Johnson, Elaine Waller Moreau and Kathryn Waller Long.
It is requested that any memorials be made in the form of donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Shreveport in his honor.
