He is survived by: his wife Sharon Joan Lee; his children, Dawn Marie Lee, Jennifer Lynn Lee, Carl Travis Lee (Pam), Deanna Lisa Garibaldi, Dale Matthew Lee (Tomoe) and Johnathan Blake Lee (Christoper White); his great grandchildren, Don Giovanni Lee, Amaya Alex, Ashton Xavier Bennett, Jayden Matthew Lee, Divanni Don Martain, Hunter Logan Rubio, Cassidy Jade Lee, Jackson Wyatt Garibaldi and Kenzo Raiden Lee; his brothers, Anderson Ward (Ann) and Roy Lee; his cousin Melvin; his extended family, Michael Ramos, Omar Vidal, Angel Munoz, Calvin Gingiyon, Shaun Garibaldi, Ben King, Sharon Kitchen, John Tworek and Julie Obrien; and also Herman.
