He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Grace Collins Freeman and Elmer Franklin "Buddy" Freeman; his son Barry; and his son-in-law Mike Fechner. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Laura Fechner Hall (Randall Hall) and Ann Marie Rains (Tony Rains); and his sister Janet Brickell. He is also survived by six grandchildren and spouses and six great grandchildren.
