She was predeceased by: her parents, O. V. "Tiny" Ebarb and Lula Mae Ebarb. She is survived by: her son John S. Hornsby (Shawna) of De Berry; her grandson Jaxson Hornsby of De Berry; her siblings, Sherman Ebarb (Marian) of Keithville, Darlene Hornsby (Kerry) of Keithville and Dee Smith (Marc) of Keithville; her nieces, Lashay Ebarb of Shreveport and Nikki Miller of Keithville; her great-nephew Conner Carney of Shreveport; and her close friend Timothy Craig of Keithville.
