Van Tiem in Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Opelousas, Louisiana, who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Geraldine departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Geraldine. Though Geraldine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her son Brian Van Tiem. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Van Tiem; and her children, Michael Van Tiem, David Van Tiem and Julia Van Tiem Martin. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
