It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgette Dhaussy Maynard (Shreveport, Louisiana), who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Georges Dhaussy and Jeanne Dhaussy. She is survived by: her children, Maryse Hilda Maynard Harwell, Jacob Albert Allen Maynard, Robert Edward Maynard and Ritchard Glenn Maynard. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (275 Southfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71105). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
