With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances H. Waguespack in Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances H. Waguespack to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Keith and Helen Wolff Keith; and her daughter Lisa Brewer. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Maria James (John), Phill Primeaux and Becky Brady (Jeff); her stepson Mike Waguespack (Karen); and her brother James Keith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She has been an almost constant presence in Fran's life, especially during the pandemic when family members were not allowed to visit.
