With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Coffey West of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on July 9, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Aaron Coffey and Fleta Faye Coffey; her husband Randy Keith West; and her siblings, Charles Coffey, James Daniel Coffey (Danny) and Alice Marie Gray.

She is survived by: her sons, Adam Clinton Bowden and Christopher Shane Bowden (Karen); her siblings, Betty "Jeanie" Coffey Floyd (Randy) of Colleyville, Texas and Johnny Coffey (Cindy) of Homer, Louisiana; and her stepchildren, Bryan Copper and Nina Crase (Josh) of Columbus. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to the American Cancer Society for support of Ovarian Cancer Research.
