She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Hodge and Veda Louella Neese; her husbands, Louis E. "Pete" Leslie and Allen D. Maddry; and her son-in-law Jimmy Day.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Leslie (Louise) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and David Leslie (Kristi) of Prosper; her grandchildren, Susan Day of Shreveport, Jennifer Ells (Phillip) of Austin, Texas, Katherine Wilson (Robby) of Waco and Jacob Leslie (Bailee) of Dallas, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Ells and Nora Wilson. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Home - Shreveport Marshall (1815 Marshall St, Shreveport, LA 71101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at the Forest Park East Cemetery (3700 St Vincent Ave, Shreveport, LA 71103).
