He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Mae Hoover of Danville, PA; and his siblings, Richard Hoover of Danville, PA and Jerry Hoover of Shreveport, LA.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hoover; his children, Darrell Hoover (Angela) of Shreveport, LA, James Hoover of Blanchard, LA, Lori Allen (Andy) of Bethany, LA and Michael Swanger (Kelly) of Catawissa, PA; his grandchildren, Donald Allen, Emile Allen, Rylei Hoover, Axel Hoover and Maxton Hoover; and his sisters, Carmelita Hartman and Anna Crawford of Danville, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
