He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mantia of Bossier City, LA; his sons, Douglas V. Mantia, Jr. (Heather) of Fletcher, N. C. and Nicholas D. Mantia of Bossier City, LA; his grandchildren, Eliana Louise Mantia and Mila Evelyn Rose Mantia of Fletcher, N. C.; and his siblings, Mary Jo Pilch (Jeff) of Allen, TX, Patricia Rabinowitz (Scott) of Columbus, OH, Chuck Mantia (Peggy) of Carrabelle, FL, John Mantia (Julie Gift) and Tony Mantia (Michelle) of Brookville, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.
