It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ernest Weinell of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Coburn Weinell; his parents, Ernest Weinell and Elsie Weinell; his sisters, Florence Sydow and Dot Rose; and his grandson William Weinell.
He is survived by: his children, Don Weinell (Kate), David Weinell (Lisa), Donna McGee (Jeff) and Diana Weinell; his grandchildren, Jeff Weinell, John Weinell, Sebastian Pagni-Weinell, Morgan McGee and Timothy Russell; his great grandchild Indi McGee; his sister Bonnie Duncan; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
