With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Frank Fortuna of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Fortuna and Dorothy Fortuna; his significant other Annette Smith; his daughters, Misty Fortuna Davis and Wendy Fortuna Gallineau; his sons-in-law, Todd Davis and Danny Gallineau; his grandchildren, Ella Davis, Addison Mitchell, Bryce Mitchell, Livi Gallineau, Bailey Gallineau and John Kirklin Davis; and also Dave.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Noel Memorial Methodist Church (520 Herndon St, Shreveport, LA 71101). A reception will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Noel Memorial Methodist Worship Center (520 Herndon St, Shreveport, LA 71101).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Operación Abrigo or Noel Memorial United Methodist Church.
