He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Phillips and Marcell Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Melba; his daughters, Brandi Bradford (Danny), Ginny Stroman (Mike) and Leslie Robinson (Freddie); his grandchildren, Kirstin Healy (Charles), Ashley Veuleman (Troy), Joseph, Sonny, Sammy and Seth Stroman; his great grandchildren, Jack Veuleman, Austin Veuleman and Hendrix Healy; and his siblings, Zorona Myers and Paul Phillips.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (2500 Southside Dr, Shreveport, LA 71118). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
