It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Mark Spivey of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Mary Helen Knighton Spivey; and his grandmother Mildred Knighton. He is survived by: his husband John W. Everett; his sisters, Cherry Berman of Dallas, Laurel Rogers of Monroe and Geralyn; and his grandchildren, Jim, Steven, Jack West, Sadie Hicks, Heavelyn Bailey, Hope and William Bradley.
