It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Prewitt of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Orin Lowery and Ethel Cleone DuBois of Frierson; and her sister Edith Patteson. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Prewitt; her sons, Eric Allen Prewitt and Timothy Orin Prewitt; and her siblings, Amanda Doyle and James Paul Lowery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Woodridge Baptist Church in Cindy's name.
