She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Nichols Bowden, Harold "Nick" Nichols (Patricia) and Rodney Nichols (Mary); her grandchildren, John Nichols, Jaimee Nichols, Michelle Nichols, Christy Boethel (Carl), Tamara Nichols, Nikki Nichols and Tammy Chambers; her great grandchildren, Marissa Deering, Drew Deering, Xander DeWitt, Haleigh Nichols, Cody Nichols, Autumn Boethel, Colter Boethel, Owen Boethel and Clara Boethel; and also Tammy Chambers.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Shreveport Southside (2500 Southside Dr, Shreveport, LA 71118). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Forest Park West Cemetery (4400 Meriwether Rd, Shreveport, LA 71109).
