He was predeceased by: his father Keith Parker. He is survived by: his mother Becky Parker; his wife Barbara Parker; his daughters, Stephanie Ash (Tanner) and Madison Kreamer (Garrett); his brother Trampas Chad Parker (Sherri); and his grandson Beckett Ash.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Heith Parker Memorial Scholarship at Community Bank of Louisiana.
