He is survived by: his mother Beth Holman Smith (James McEachern); his siblings, Kerry Smith (Lynne) and Amy Smith Gerth (Rob); his nieces and nephews, Mandy Gerth, Matthew Gerth, Kourtney Keim and Katie Henson; and his stepsiblings, Lee Ann Wallbaum, Michael and Robert McEachern.
