He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sanford Waters and Lucille Rowland Waters; and his grandparents, Bart Waters, Elva Payton Waters and Emma Steeples.
He is survived by: his children, Shannen Jackson (David), Brandi Waters, Tracie Cook (Austin) and Dustin Turner (Pamela); his grandchildren, Riley, Jace, Haleigh, Cole, Gabrielle, Whitney, Tatum, Destiny, Houston, Harvey and Hazel; and his siblings, Kenny Waters (Karen), William Waters (Serrina), Charlene Kinney (Joe) and Karen Hargis. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
