He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Wellborn Watkins and Knoll Watkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Watkins Carlisle (Shane), Morgan Christine Watkins of Shreveport, LA and Kathryn Watkins Anderson (Logan) of Kingwood, TX; his siblings, Ron of Saluda, SC, William "Bert" of Seymour, IN, Michael of Joaquin, TX, Lillian "Jody" Watkins McEver of Carrollton, TX and Maybeth Watkins Gilbert of Keller, TX; his granddaughters, Chloe Elizabeth Carlisle, Ella Katherine Carlisle of Shreveport, LA, Camille Margaret Anderson and Charlotte Jones Anderson of Kingwood, TX; and his close friend Cindy Riley Speights. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
