He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Allen Baker and Armer Lee Bonnette-Baker; his wife Natalie Ruth Jordan-Baker; his son Wesley Baker; and his siblings, Una May Hallmon, Pearline Frame, Aline Cochran, Albert Baker and Annie Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Baker (Paulette) and Beverly Colemon (Kenney). He is also survived by numerous grandkids and great grandkids.
