He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Sydney Huson Amy; his grandparents, Senator Charles B. and Willie May Thornton Huson; and his brothers, William C. Amy and Eldridge W. Amy.
He is survived by: his friends, Keith Miller, Jane Crow, Pam Quarles and Sandra Querbes.
