He was predeceased by: his mother Bertie Garcie Arehart; the mother of his children Donna L. Simpson; his grandparents, Lee and Ruth Garcie; and his brother-in-law Jack Campbell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Casey Arehart-Causey (TC) and Nikki Arehart (Aaron); his grandchildren, Bryson (Breanna), Brayden and Charley; his great grandchildren, Addi and Hudson; and his sisters, Edra Campbell, Mary Stewart (Scott), Ruth Brickner (Jim) and Sophia Arehart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
