She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Gaughan Carmody Sr.; her grandparents, Anthony McDade Phelan, Katherine Huey Phelan, Arthur Roderick Carmody and Caroline Gaughan Carmody; and her brothers, Christopher Phelan Carmody and Anthony Phelan Carmody Sr..
She is survived by: her mother Katherine Phelan Carmody; her nephew Frederick Miller Carmody; her aunt Josephine Gaughan Carmody; her sons, Delbert William Chumley IV (Jasha) of Piercy, Daniel Thomas Chumley (Leslee) of Shreveport, Walter Edward Chumley of Garberville and Matthew Carmody Chumley (Roxanne) of Shreveport, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Cecelia, Claire Chumley, Reagann, William, Christopher Chumley, Mary Ava and Noel Katherine Chumley; and her siblings, Katherine Frangos, Thomas Carmody Jr., F. Michael Carmody, Josephine Brigham, Anne Pugh, Elizabeth Van Genderen, John Barry Carmody Sr., Margaret Hagood, Bridget Day and Marie Carmody. She is also survived by spouses; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
