She is survived by: her husband Louis Kovach (Gene); her son Thomas; her daughter-in-law Alicia Kovach of Muncie; and her grandchildren, Christian Kovach (Sonya) of Eaton, Ohio, Stephanie Carlson (John) of Nashville, Tennessee, Katie Smith (Mark) of Dayton, Ohio and Stacey Kovach of Muncie, Indiana.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
