It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Meshell (Shreveport, Louisiana), who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Meshell and Mary Meshell; and his siblings, Clifford Meshell and Marguerite Meshell. He is also survived by family members siblings, nephews, neice and many great nieces and nephews.
