It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Kennedy in Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Liza Kennedy and Robert Kennedy; and his sister Sue Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Frances Kennedy; his children, Jennifer West and John Kennedy; and his grandchildren, Avery, Amelia, Addison, Hudson and Drew.
