With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Joyce Majure of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on January 9, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alcy E. Cliburn, Sr. and Ada Bell Miller Cliburn; her brothers, Alcy E. Cliburn, Jr. (Sonny) and Joe Marshall Cliburn; and her son Donald Ray Majure.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Majure; her daughter Diane Majure Marusak; her children-in-law, James E. Hunt, Jr. and Nancy Majure; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Marusak, Andrew V. Marusak IV (Jinna), Jessica Marusak Jones, Amanda Majure Masih (Fayyaz) and Daniel Ray Majure (Emma); her great grandchildren, Skylar Jones, Colter Ridlespurge, Madison Marusak and Andrew V. Marusak V; and her great great grandchild Denali Syon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
