She was predeceased by: her parents, Zebedee Morris and Pearl Brown Morris; and her husband Charles O. Nicholson. She is survived by: her children, Steve Nicholson and Susan Nicholson Young (Mark); her grandchildren, Steven O'Conner Nicholson, Jr., Kelly Schmidt (Stevie), Lyle S. Young and S. Katelyn Young; and her great grandchildren, Shaffer Nicholson, Steven O. Nicholson III and Abigail Schmidt.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Centuries Memorial Funeral Home & Park (8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71108).
