He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Griffin and Tisha Griffin; and his siblings, Irvin, Emmanuel Griffin, Donna Clark, Barbara Slatter and Beulah Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. Charles Griffin (Mary), Louis Griffin, Dorothy Baxter and Mary Jones; and his sister-in-law Joyce Griffin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
